Requirements
- •12+ years of FP&A experience in progressive financial roles
- •Strong financial modeling skills including product forecasts (revenue & COGS) and pricing impacts
- •Experience evaluating product business cases including customer adoption trends and unit economics
- •Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
- •Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience with Senior Leadership (VP+)
- •Proficiency in financial planning tools (Anaplan) and comfort working with large datasets
What You'll Do
- •Serve as the finance partner for Channel and Engagement Experiences Product teams
- •Drive product investment prioritization and R&D portfolio optimization
- •Support specific projects for the VP of R&D Finance
- •Lead forecasting, financial modeling, and decision support
- •Help leaders understand return on investment across product portfolio
- •Establish ROI analysis standards across R&D
- •Lead business case development for new product launches and feature investments
- •Translate long-term product strategy into financial framework for Long-Range Planning
- •Partner with R&D leadership to assess product performance and evaluate roadmap investments
- •Provide strategic financial insights to guide investment decisions
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth levers and optimize margin drivers
- •Oversee development of flexible financial models for ad-hoc analysis and scenario planning
- •Synthesize and communicate complex financial data into actionable insights
- •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 to 4 financial analysts
Nice to Have
