Requirements

- •Proven track record leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in fast-paced environment
- •Highly analytical with data-driven problem-solving and decision-making
- •Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- •Excellent project management skills with experience in methodologies like Agile
- •Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- •Expertise in sales automation tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft
What You'll Do
- •Define, plan, and execute complex, cross-functional programs to improve GTM processes and automation infrastructure
- •Work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Sales Strategy, and operational teams for strategic alignment and delivery
- •Orchestrate key projects within the Sales Automation team ensuring alignment and successful rollout
- •Develop comprehensive program plans including scope, objectives, OKRs, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation
- •Drive execution of programs involving new tool implementations, process re-engineering, or internal product launches
- •Facilitate steering committee meetings and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executives
- •Ensure change management plans for adoption of new processes and technologies
- •Define and track KPIs for programs measuring impact on GTM effectiveness and sales productivity
- •Create reports and presentations for executive leadership on program progress and business impact
- •Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and lessons learned
- •Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
- •Act as central point of contact for program communications ensuring transparency and alignment
- •Influence and motivate project team members, consultants, and partners to achieve GTM goals
Nice to Have
- •PMP or similar project management certification
- •Experience managing programs involving AI/ML integration into sales workflows
- •Familiarity with reporting and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI
- •Experience in high-growth SaaS environment
- •Salesforce certification(s)
