Requirements
- •4 to 6+ years of relevant experience
- •Good knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs
- •Ability to troubleshoot issues with cloud solutions
- •Broad capabilities to troubleshoot server-side code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python) and client-side JavaScript
- •Good understanding of React and Redux
- •Skilled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues including TCP/UDP and basics of SSL/TLS
- •High competency in communicating complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences
- •Comfortable working with customers’ developers to troubleshoot Twilio helper libraries
- •Inquisitive mind to understand how things work
- •Advanced time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- •Excellence in task prioritization and evaluation of situational urgency
- •Interest in utilizing customer feedback to drive product improvements
- •Enthusiasm for collaborating with other departments
- •Ability to empathize with customers and dedication to customer experience
- •Experience managing dedicated customer accounts
What You'll Do
- •Address customer issues using technical and diplomatic skills
- •Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- •Work with customers' and partners' developers, architects, and support personnel to resolve complex problems
- •Collaborate with teammates and Product and Engineering teams via Slack and JIRA
- •Analyze customer trends and patterns to improve support processes
