Requirements
- •10 years of sales experience with minimum 5 years in major account or strategic sales
- •Expertise in managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions
- •Accountable for total account relationship including pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and multi-product solution adoption
- •Comfortable working with business and technical leaders as strategic partner
- •Analytical account development strategy focused on multi-product selling
- •Track record of managing business forecasts and financial models
- •Entrepreneurial mindset to define processes and build programs
- •Record of delivering profitable revenue and gross profit results for large-scale enterprise customers
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Manage and expand important Retail customer accounts focusing on total account relationship across the Twilio platform
- •Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results
- •Help customers unlock value across Twilio portfolio by partnering with Specialist Sales for complex deals
- •Serve on cross-functional account team to drive solution adoption
- •Run disciplined forecast, achieve goals, and drive profitable revenue growth
- •Run highly consultative sales cycles and become strategic partner with largest customers
- •Generate and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce CRM
- •Establish as trusted subject matter expert and share industry updates with GTM sales organization
Nice to Have
- •Experience with telecom companies including CPAAS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms
- •Domain expertise in quantitative industries such as DevOps, Fintech, advertising optimization, investment banking, security, or commodity trading
- •Software, SaaS, CPaaS or PaaS selling experience
- •Familiarity with commerce platforms or two sided marketplaces
