Requirements
- •Proven experience in an HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations role, ideally within a fast-paced technology company
- •Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob desirable)
- •Experience supporting employees across both the US and Europe
- •Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset
- •Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (global experience is a plus)
- •Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- •Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
What You'll Do
- •Administer and manage employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- •Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, and access management
- •Process and manage employee changes, such as role changes, leaves of absence, and terminations, in HR systems
- •Collaborate with payroll and total rewards to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
- •Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and timely communication
- •Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations
- •Assist with compliance-related tasks, including audits and reporting
- •Proactively identify areas for process improvement within HR operations
