Requirements
- •Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar technical GTM role in a growing SaaS organization
- •Deep experience owning and optimizing complex GTM tech stacks
- •Strong data skills including working with SQL and data pipelines
- •Experience with Reverse ETL or data integration tools (e.g. Census, Hightouch)
- •Strategic mindset with long-term business goals in mind
- •Hands-on approach comfortable in early-stage or evolving environments
What You'll Do
- •Own and evolve the Support Operations infrastructure including Zendesk setup, widgets, automations, and bots
- •Build and maintain Zendesk data pipelines to provide Support teams with the right customer context
- •Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate backend systems with Support tooling
- •Design and architect data pipelines connecting product, warehouse, and GTM systems
- •Translate Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) and Product Qualified Accounts (PQAs) into automated workflows for Sales
- •Eliminate manual processes delaying outreach
- •Lead technical enablement of Zendesk bots and workflows for international markets
- •Support scaled Customer Success initiatives through tooling, automation, and content delivery infrastructure
- •Ensure systems readiness for global growth
- •Build infrastructure and reporting to synthesize feedback from Support, Sales, and CX
- •Create formats for sharing insights with Product Managers
- •Ensure customer signals influence product decisions
- •Architect and maintain partner data tracking across tools like Crossbeam and PartnerStack
- •Ensure partner attribution, performance tracking, and reporting are reliable
- •Provide timely, accurate data to inform partner strategy and investment decisions
