Requirements
- •Strong PLG experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through optimisation
- •Clear track record of improving onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention through product initiatives
- •Hands on experience running A/B tests and analysing experiment outcomes
- •High data fluency with the ability to use metrics and insights to inform decision making
- •Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems for different audiences
- •Experience leading and developing Product Managers with a coaching mindset
- •Proven ability to influence cross functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority

What You'll Do
- •Own and evolve product led growth strategy across onboarding, retention, and engagement
- •Define and drive a measurable roadmap focused on activation, user adoption, and long term retention
- •Align stakeholders across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Engineering
- •Lead and coach 1 to 2 Product Managers working across growth initiatives
- •Partner with Data teams to identify friction points, opportunities, and key behavioural insights
- •Collaborate with Marketing and PMM on shared initiatives, messaging, and KPIs
- •Design, run, and evaluate experiments to validate and optimise growth initiatives
- •Drive accountability, prioritisation, and execution discipline across the roadmap
- •Act as the go to product leader for growth initiatives across the business
