Requirements
- •Passion for mission and impact through technology
- •8+ years product management experience with 4+ years in team leadership
- •4+ years product management in B2B SaaS with success in enterprise/upmarket segments
- •Proven experience delivering AI-enabled products and using AI tools
- •History of delivering results with analytical focus
- •Strong data skills in quantitative analytics and qualitative user research
- •Ability to define outcomes and map strategy and roadmap
- •Passion for world-class UX and attention to detail
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Self-starter mindset thriving in fast-moving environments
What You'll Do
- •Own overall product strategy and collaborate with CTO and COO for product launch and execution
- •Drive product development, create long-term strategy and prioritize roadmap delivery
- •Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of global-scale enterprise products
- •Lead AI-first product strategy and embed AI capabilities into product roadmap
- •Create collaborative and dynamic team culture and plan team structure and development
- •Set processes and work closely with business partners towards common goals
- •Become expert in software, customers, and market to identify and execute projects
- •Work cross-functionally with sales, account management, and marketing teams
- •Define metrics to inform product success
- •Collect and analyze feedback to shape requirements and features
- •Manage data strategy to support strategic goals
- •Direct collection, processing, and interpretation of data from product usage and market research
- •Present market research insights to stakeholders
- •Conduct design reviews with C-level stakeholders
