•4+ years product management in B2B SaaS with success in enterprise/upmarket segments
•Proven experience delivering AI-enabled products and using AI tools

•Ability to define outcomes and map strategy and roadmap

•Own overall product strategy and collaborate with CTO and COO for product launch and execution
•Drive product development, create long-term strategy and prioritize roadmap delivery
•Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of global-scale enterprise products
•Lead AI-first product strategy and embed AI capabilities into product roadmap
•Create collaborative and dynamic team culture and plan team structure and development
•Set processes and work closely with business partners towards common goals
•Become expert in software, customers, and market to identify and execute projects
•Work cross-functionally with sales, account management, and marketing teams
•Define metrics to inform product success
•Collect and analyze feedback to shape requirements and features
