Requirements
- •2 to 3 years of experience in outbound client prospecting with hunter mentality and exceptional closing skills
- •Experience in high-growth, performance-focused sales environments with track record of over-achieving quota
- •Strong value-based consultative selling experience
- •Ability to build account plans to understand key decision makers, product utilization potential, and new revenue opportunities
- •Manage and develop strategic account plans, structure complex deals, manage multiple partnerships, and handle intricate negotiations and objections
- •Experience identifying new leads for enterprise customers in net new and renewal environments
- •Solid understanding of HubSpot, Gong, or other relevant programs
- •Ability to accurately forecast opportunities and bring sales opportunities from pipeline to close
- •Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and adaptability to change
- •Passion for mission and desire to make impact through technology
What You'll Do
- •Actively build pipeline and presence to drive sales with new corporate partners
- •Own the full enterprise Sales life cycle including lead prospecting and qualifying, pitch presentations, tailored platform demonstrations, value proposition presentation, RFP responses, objection handling, complex contract negotiations, and deal closing
- •Partner with Customer Success team to hold strategic annual meetings and quarterly business reviews with existing clients to drive expansions, growth, and retention
- •Drive initial conversations with Corporate Partners to understand goals and areas of focus within employee engagement and CSR
- •Perform intricate Corporate Partner research prior to calls to demonstrate benefits of Visit.org platform
- •Serve as main point of contact between Visit.org and Corporate Partner prospects and existing contacts
- •Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams for product, marketing, and sales input
