Requirements
- •7 to 10 years of progressive experience in global operations, supply chain, or logistics leadership
- •Proven experience building and scaling e-commerce operations including fulfillment, systems, and international distribution
- •Strong expertise in global end-to-end logistics planning, inventory management, and cross-border shipping
- •Experience managing global 3PLs, warehouse operations, and vendor or wholesaler networks
- •History of owning operational process design, SOP development, and operational governance
- •Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs
- •Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, cost modeling, KPI development, and dashboard tools
- •Experience driving international expansion including market entry assessments, customs requirements, and regulatory considerations
- •Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing global teams
- •Proven capability in long-term strategic planning and hands-on execution across supply chain and e-commerce operations
- •Availability to travel up to 25% as needed
- •Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

What You'll Do
- •Build 2 to 3 year logistics strategy roadmap to support international growth
- •Develop global scalability plan for e-commerce growth and international expansion
- •Lead strategic operational decision-making across supply chain, logistics, and e-commerce enablement
- •Own logistics performance linked to broader business outcomes
- •Own global end-to-end logistics planning including international distribution
- •Manage customs, duties, and trade compliance strategy
- •Manage inventory planning, replenishment, and global supply management
- •Build network-wide capacity plans ahead of volume spikes
- •Lead warehouse setup and management processes
- •Enable omnichannel fulfillment strategies
- •Oversee global 3PL setup, performance management, and optimization
- •Manage relationships and performance of wholesalers, vendors, delivery partners, and logistics networks
- •Oversee vendor negotiations and contracting
- •Own risk and continuity planning for logistics network
- •Drive cost-to-serve modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
- •Own logistics budget and cost center including capital planning
- •Lead technology enablement initiatives including OMS and WMS integration
- •Partner with Product and Development on order orchestration systems
- •Oversee data collection and build dashboards for operational insight
- •Lead cross-functional programs enabling order fulfillment
- •Redesign and optimize business processes across order-to-delivery workflows
- •Build and standardize operational processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- •Maintain operational quality, compliance, and enterprise risk oversight
- •Partner on packaging sustainability and carbon-footprint reduction
- •Lead a team of regional managers, logistics associates, and staff
- •Build organizational design and hiring plans for logistics
- •Collaborate with events, product, non-profit partnerships, and finance teams
- •Own functional performance targets across the logistics network
