What You'll Do
- •Design and manage in-person or hybrid experiences such as volunteer events, conferences, activations, pop-ups, employee engagements
- •Own the event from idea through execution and follow-up
- •Manage production timelines and content logistics
- •Coordinate internal stakeholders including marketing, leadership, and partners
- •Ensure the experience is intentional, engaging, and aligned with client goals
- •Oversee on-site execution and troubleshoot content issues in real time
- •Measure success through engagement, feedback, and impact
- •Be proactive, multi-task, and flexible to take on undefined roles
