Requirements
- •3-5 years in Talent Casting and full-cycle recruiting

- •Experience with group facilitation, moderating, and managing group dynamics

- •Quick thinker able to think creatively to problem solve
- •Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Webex, MS Teams
- •Skilled at public speaking
- •Strong project management skills
- •Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail

- •Proficient in using recruiting and HR systems (ATS, HRIS)
- •Ability to jump in as a host if needed
- •Reliable high-speed internet and a computer with a webcam
- •Mastery of the English language

- •Flexible availability for interviews in other time zones
- •Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

What You'll Do
- •Lead full-cycle Event Host Talent Casting and recruiting, including sourcing, auditioning, and selecting talent for live, in-person, and virtual experiences
- •Proactively build and manage structured talent pipelines by role, skillset, geography, and specialty
- •Maintain an organized talent database and regularly engage potential talent through outreach, networking, and referrals
- •Monitor pipeline health, track hiring metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations to reduce time-to-fill and improve talent quality
- •Design and manage selection processes, and evaluate candidates for stage presence, communication skills, and audience engagement
- •Maintain existing and develop new training materials and programs for hosts
- •Review host performance post-event and provide feedback
- •Lead and manage cross-functional people initiatives and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- •Support culture-building initiatives and ensure new hires have an excellent onboarding experience
