Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in B2C User Acquisition
- •Proven experience managing or contributing to 7-figure monthly Paid Social budgets (Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Snap)
- •Strong background in mobile performance marketing and Web2App funnels
- •Solid understanding of attribution modeling
- •Experience with AppsFlyer / Adjust and BI tools such as Tableau / Looker
- •Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency and structured reporting experience
- •English proficiency (B2 or higher)
- •Proficient in using AI tools to enhance performance marketing workflows, including creative ideation & iteration, copy and UGC script generation, creative analysis, landing page optimization, and automated reporting

What You'll Do
- •Manage the full lifecycle of mobile performance campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Snap from launch and testing to optimization and large-scale budget scaling
- •Manage and scale high budgets (experience with 7-figure monthly spend or operating within a team managing budgets at that scale)
- •Lead structured creative experimentation in partnership with designers, driving A/B testing and full-funnel performance optimization
- •Conduct deep funnel and cohort analysis (CPI → CPA → ROAS → LTV) to inform confident, data-driven scaling decisions
- •Apply strong attribution modeling knowledge to optimize channel strategy and budget allocation
- •Execute and optimize Web2App acquisition flows
- •Monitor campaign performance through structured reporting and automation, identifying continuous optimization opportunities
- •Collaborate closely with Data & BI teams, leveraging tools such as Tableau / Looker and AppsFlyer / Adjust
- •Research, evaluate and test new acquisition channels to unlock incremental growth
- •Leverage AI tools to enhance performance marketing workflows, including creative ideation and iteration, copy and UGC script generation, creative analysis, landing page optimization, and reporting automation
