Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Develop and maintain understanding of environments and challenges facing Wikimedia volunteers globally
- •Mitigate risks and define best practices for physical security in movement activities
- •Strengthen enterprise risk management approach and execution including policy development
- •Create risk and gap assessments to identify and track high risks
- •Improve expertise in identifying and addressing emerging physical security threats
- •Lead risk assessments for community conferences and events
- •Create and manage emergency response plans for physical security threats
- •Be on-call to review emergency alerts and lead emergency response working groups
- •Stay current on emerging geopolitical trends and best practices in physical security
- •Brief Deputy General Counsel and senior leadership regularly with recommendations
- •Provide crisis support to internal teams working with at-risk communities
