Requirements
- •1+ years experience coding HTML emails
- •Solid proficiency with HTML, CSS
- •Experience with creating dynamic content and personalization for email
- •Experience with project coordination and working in a highly collaborative environment
- •Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance
- •Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle day-to-day responsibilities alongside longer-term projects
What You'll Do
- •Code emails and provide donors with high quality messages optimized for their own language and culture
- •Coordinate with Senior Email Campaign Specialists and other teams to fulfill campaign strategic plans including timelines, new features and A/B tests
- •Develop expertise in Wikimedia email and digital fundraising procedures to resolve challenges
- •Guide and assist Campaigns team to understand nuances of Email Service Provider for optimal email coding
- •Provide comprehensive quality assurance to ensure emails are error-free and functioning properly
- •Assist with prioritization of tracking management and development of projects in systems
- •Assist with segmentation of audiences for email campaigns
- •Coordinate with Associates to clean up code in templates and maintain archives
- •Support Growth & Campaigns team with web development of banners on Wikipedia as needed
- •Support documentation and summaries for posterity
