Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- •5+ years experience in financial analysis and planning
- •Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- •Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and modern financial modeling and data visualization tools
- •Ability to translate financial complexity into understandable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- •Strong analytical skills and curiosity
- •Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team across multiple time zones
What You'll Do
- •Lead financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for Communications and other teams
- •Build and maintain financial models to surface trends, flag risks, and reveal opportunities
- •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including variance analysis and KPIs
- •Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- •Build relationships with cross-functional leaders and guide them through planning cycles
- •Identify inefficiencies and opportunities in financial planning, reporting, and tracking and lead improvements
- •Contribute financial expertise to strategic projects and cross-team initiatives
