Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Maintain and update Asana boards to keep project status, owners, and timelines accurate
- •Flag overdue tasks, unclear owners, or at-risk dependencies
- •Identify and propose improvements for Asana usage
- •Organize and maintain shared documentation in Google Drive
- •Schedule follow-up meetings and send calendar invites
- •Take and distribute clear, actionable meeting notes
- •Send documents, trackers, and updates to stakeholders
- •Manage routine team communications and follow-up reminders
- •Run established processes including intake workflows, reporting cadences, and team templates
- •Maintain library of project templates and ensure currency
- •Support OKR reporting logistics including collecting updates and formatting
- •Assist with coordination across teams on assigned deliverables
- •Bring detail-oriented attention to catch errors, inconsistencies, and gaps
- •Ask clarifying questions when unclear
- •Look for ways to improve efficiency of recurring and process-related work
- •Support a team culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement

- •Experience working in an international organization with a distributed workforce
- •Experience working within a movement with strong culture and values
- •Experience working with online communities, particularly free culture movement
- •Fluency in languages other than English
