Requirements
- •10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- •3-5 years in a leadership role
- •Experience in high-growth fintech, crypto, or modern financial services environment
- •Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate complex data into growth strategies
- •Exceptional business partnering skills with non-finance functions
- •Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
- •Proficiency with modern financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan)
- •Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
- •Strong leadership, people management, and influencing skills
- •Ability to operate in fast-paced, global, remote-first environment
- •Experience preparing Board-level reports and presentations
- •Passion for Bitcoin, blockchain technology, and future of finance

What You'll Do
- •Partner with the CFO to formulate, communicate, and drive financial strategy
- •Lead financial planning processes including forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-range strategic planning
- •Design and own executive-level reporting frameworks to monitor business performance
- •Lead strategic OPEX management and annual budgeting cycle
- •Provide financial analysis and data-driven insights to functional leaders
- •Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and risk assessments
- •Drive evolution of financial systems to automate reporting and enhance analytics
- •Provide input into capital requirement methodologies and regulatory financial processes
- •Supervise and mentor FP&A team
