Requirements
- •7+ years in content strategy/production
- •3+ years leading a content function (Head of/Director level) in fintech, crypto, or comparable regulated or high-growth digital business
- •Demonstrable track record of owning and moving content-driven acquisition and SEO metrics with data evidence
- •Hands-on experience producing content across web, social, email, and video at production scale
- •Working command of technical and content SEO with experience setting and hitting ranking/traffic targets
- •Experience managing and developing a content team with defined output and quality standards
- •Working understanding of crypto and digital banking subject matter
What You'll Do
- •Own content-driven acquisition metrics including organic traffic, conversion rate, and cost-per-acquisition via organic/content channels
- •Run SEO as a measured discipline, owning keyword ranking position, organic search traffic growth, and domain authority targets
- •Manage output and consistency at scale with a defined content production cadence and editorial quality assurance
- •Lead and develop the content team including line-management and performance management
- •Drive channel-specific engagement metrics and adjust strategy to meet tracked targets
- •Report on content performance regularly to stakeholders
- •Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Compliance teams to support acquisition goals and ensure brand and regulatory compliance
