Requirements
- •Fluent in English
- •5+ years of customer facing banking experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking or commercial banking
- •Professional or personal exposure to the crypto markets
- •Track record of originating leads and managing existing relationships in financial services
- •Confidence in orchestrating face to face and online meetings with customers and handling enquiries at industry events
- •Track record of achieving KPIs/targets relating to conversion and AUM growth
- •Strong regional network in the APAC financial services sector
- •Solid understanding of fiat payment rails and stablecoins
- •Dedicated workspace

What You'll Do
- •Originate, onboard and maintain institutional and retail relationships in the APAC region
- •Understand client needs and formulate appropriate solutions based on customer circumstances and risk appetite
- •Act as an escalation point regionally for Customer Success Advisors
- •Attend regional events to promote the brand and obtain new leads
- •Meet existing customers face to face to grow relationships
- •Monitor customers portfolio and provide timely updates
- •Be an expert in the products offered and perform regular reviews with customers
- •Perform tasks in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
- •Achieve KPIs/targets aligned with team and business objectives
- •Provide product demonstrations to prospects and customers
- •Work alongside the team to develop strategies to increase customer base and cross selling opportunities
- •Ensure clients needs are met throughout onboarding and membership
- •Keep up-to-date with advancements in crypto and traditional finance industries
- •Escalate region-specific issues to Product and partner teams
