Requirements
- •10+ years of progressive experience building and leading client-facing organizations in financial services or technology.
- •Proven track record managing P&L or significant revenue-influencing targets.
- •Deep expertise in building scalable post-sale customer journeys for retail and institutional clients.
- •Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (KYC/AML) of a global bank.
- •Ability to drive strategic change and process adoption across a global organization.
- •Exceptional executive leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

What You'll Do
- •Define and own the company-wide customer success strategy and vision.
- •Develop and implement a scalable framework for customer success.
- •Drive the strategic direction of the Customer Success department.
- •Partner with Product leadership to translate customer insights into product improvements.
- •Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer-centric messaging and support go-to-market strategies.
- •Act as the primary executive partner for other departments representing the voice of the customer.
- •Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Customer Success leaders.
- •Implement and oversee training and development programs for the global team.
- •Serve as the executive escalation point for critical customer issues.
- •Own and optimize systems, processes, and technology for customer success operations.
- •Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards (KYC, AML, data privacy).
- •Establish and refine a Quality Assurance program for the Customer Success organization.
