Requirements
- •CFA or CIMA or similar qualification preferred
- •Proven experience in Fixed Income Investments
- •Experience structuring products for Treasury including Bitcoin-referenced structures
- •Strong OTC Bitcoin and FX trading/flow experience
- •Prior experience in a Trading role
- •Strong grasp of risk-reward trade-offs
- •Crypto experience
- •Strong understanding of financial principles, investment management, and treasury operations
- •Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
- •Knowledge of investment and market-related risks and risk mitigation strategies
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills
- •High attention to detail and accuracy
What You'll Do
- •Manage and grow the Treasury's fixed income investment portfolio
- •Assess and balance risk and reward across Treasury's investment and structuring activities
- •Structure investment and yield products for Treasury
- •Design and structure products referencing Bitcoin
- •Execute and manage OTC Bitcoin trades and FX flows
- •Apply trading discipline and market experience to Treasury's day-to-day activities
- •Identify and mitigate investment-related risks
- •Contribute to Treasury Management Information and reporting
