Requirements
- •10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership within regulated financial services (Fintech, Banking, or Wealth Management)
- •Proven track record leading and scaling multiple operational functions including Payments, Treasury, and Business Operations
- •Deep expertise in process improvement methodologies and automation implementation
- •Strong understanding of regulatory landscape including AML and financial crime prevention

What You'll Do
- •Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligning with business goals
- •Provide oversight for core operational functions including payment processing, treasury operations, reconciliations, and back-office duties
- •Ensure operational performance meets high standards of quality and control
- •Lead process mapping, optimization, and automation to reduce manual effort
- •Design, document, and implement standardized operating procedures
- •Champion use of data and AI for intelligent automation
- •Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary operations team
- •Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- •Manage resource allocation and workforce planning
- •Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- •Design and implement operational risk management framework
- •Serve as key contact for internal and external audits
- •Collaborate with other department heads for seamless integration
- •Partner with Client Coverage Group to support client experience
