Requirements
- •Hold a recognized professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA
- •3–5 years in a corporate accounting or audit role
- •Direct experience in the preparation and submission of financial regulatory returns (such as Liquidity or Capital Adequacy)
- •Familiarity with GFSC and UK regulatory frameworks
- •Solid understanding of IFRS
- •Proficient in NetSuite and advanced Excel
- •Clear, concise communication skills
- •Able to work and attend meetings during European-based core hours

What You'll Do
- •Own the preparation of lead schedules and reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts
- •Prepare and post journals ranging from standard accruals to complex financial asset adjustments
- •Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate expenses and payables
- •Reconcile intercompany transactions across various global entities
- •Collate data and prepare periodic returns for financial regulators, specifically focusing on Gibraltar (GFSC) and UK requirements
- •Prepare data for statutory tax requirements
- •Act as a key point of contact during internal and external audits
- •Perform regular reviews of intercompany accounts and equity movements
Nice to Have
- •Experience within Fintech or a regulated financial institution
- •Experience in crypto accounting
- •Familiarity with Google Suite, Confluence, Ansarada, Miro, and other specialized financial tools
