Requirements
- •Strong knowledge of GD&T and inspection/QA practices
- •Experience with 2D/3D CAD software
- •Ability to identify DFM issues from CAD models and technical drawings
- •Understanding of CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and/or 3D printing (preferred)
- •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
- •2–4 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- •1–2 years of hands-on experience with manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing)
- •English — fluent (spoken and written)
What You'll Do
- •Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis
- •Analyze 2D drawings and 3D models to ensure compliance with technical requirements
- •Coordinate product development and production launch processes
- •Act as a liaison between customers and supplier companies
- •Implement engineering changes in production systems (change management)
- •Conduct and report production risk analyses, including action plans
- •Ensure timely completion of key production stages
- •Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
