Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in CNC machining and/or sheet metal manufacturing
- •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal fabrication)
- •Experience working with technical drawings and design-related problem solving
- •Fluent and professional English
- •Fluent and professional German
What You'll Do
- •Perform routine Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews for high-end customer orders
- •Analyze and support optimization of part designs to ensure manufacturability
- •Conduct customer communication via phone and video calls regarding design and production issues
- •Maintain written communication with customers for problem-solving and technical clarification
- •Collaborate with partners and suppliers (written, phone, video) to resolve manufacturability challenges
- •Provide expertise in complaint handling (excluding formal RMA cases)
- •Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and engineering processes
- •Ensure clear and timely resolution of technical production issues
