Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Guide Customers’ Automation Strategy by building deep relationships, advising on automation governance, and helping customers set goals and adopt AI-orchestrated processes
- •Discover and Deploy High-Value Use Cases by identifying automation opportunities, co-designing implementation patterns, translating business problems into orchestration strategies, and quantifying impact
- •Drive Customer Outcomes by demonstrating ROI, unlocking new value paths, and accelerating renewal and expansion
- •Collaborate Across Zapier with Sales, Support, Product, and others to deliver a unified customer experience and share insights influencing roadmap and GTM strategy
- •Build a World-Class Program by scaling methodologies, frameworks, and assets that define automation strategy at Zapier
