Requirements
- •10+ years experience in growth, product, or marketing design
- •Strong portfolio showing craft and measurable business impact
- •Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests
- •Deep understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization
- •Experience designing for CMS-driven platforms and modular frameworks
- •Experience owning lead-capture experiences and understanding growth metrics (MQLs, CAC, LTV)
- •Proficiency with AI tools for design (e.g., Cursor, v0, Claude, Figma AI)
- •Expertise in Figma including auto-layout and design systems
- •Experience working at fast-growing companies and mentoring designers
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills
What You'll Do
- •Lead the creation of a high-velocity experimentation engine for top-of-funnel growth
- •Define and execute an AI-first design strategy connecting creative with growth metrics
- •Translate behavioral and search insights into scalable, on-brand experiences
- •Establish rigorous testing frameworks and run A/B and multivariate tests
- •Own conversion rate optimization from a design perspective
- •Refine site-wide information architecture for SEO and AI-driven search
- •Design lead-capture experiences and partner with marketing and revenue ops
- •Extend and contribute to design systems in Figma
- •Partner with Growth Marketing, Brand, Web/Engineering, and Data teams
- •Balance brand integrity with funnel optimization
- •Use AI tools to accelerate design and testing
- •Mentor designers and set standards for growth design practice
