Requirements
- •3+ years in an Account Management role
- •Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and/or exceed sales quotas in revenue retention and account expansion
- •Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure in meeting deadlines and achieving goals
- •Strong deal closing and negotiation skills in Large Enterprise and Mid-market accounts
- •High level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail
- •Previous experience working in consultative selling within Professional Services and SaaS Products is a must
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Commercially savvy within a Tech Scaleup company, with a proven track-record of delivering/over-delivering against Sales quotas
- •Demonstrated experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
- •Proven track record of collaborating with Customer Success teams to grow and expand Enterprise accounts
What You'll Do
- •Serve as the lead point of contact for a defined portfolio of existing business accounts
- •Cultivate meaningful and long-lasting client relationships
- •Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- •Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- •Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- •Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- •Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- •Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- •Prepare reports on account status
- •Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- •Manage a set of 25 - 35 Enterprise Accounts in the Americas market, individual account value between approximately $40k and $200k in annual revenues
